- 4 packets of frozen Acai puree (unsweetened)
- 2 large ripe bananas (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups of frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)
- 1 cup of your choice of liquid (such as almond milk, coconut water, or apple juice)
- 4 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Toppings of your choice (such as granola, sliced fruits, coconut flakes, or chia seeds)
Preparation: If your bananas aren't frozen, you can slice them and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes before making the smoothie.
Blend: In a blender, combine the frozen Acai puree, bananas, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and your choice of liquid.
