Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Wash the zucchinis and cut them into uniform slices or sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded to allow proper air circulation.
  • Cook the zucchini in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  • Once cooked, transfer the air-fried zucchini to a serving plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve immediately as a tasty side dish or snack.
