Ingredients
1 1/2cupsmashed banana(about 3 bananas)
1/3 cupbrown sugar
2large eggs
1/2tspsalt
1tspbaking powder
1/4tspcinnamon
1/8tspnutmeg
2cupsmilk
2 1/2cupsold-fashioned rolled oats
1/2chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Mash the bananas well with a fork (you'll need about 1.5 cups mashed bananas).
Beat well until you see the ingredients of this mixture stick together.
Add milk to this mixture and continue beating until combined.
The final step is to add chopped oatmeal and walnuts and mix well.
Now pour the combined oat mixture into a 8×11 inch casserole dish and place it in the preheated oven. Bake this dish for 45 minutes or until you see the top and around the edges are golden brown.
Eat while the dish is still warm or put it in the refrigerator to enjoy the new cold taste!
