- 1 medium-sized beetroot (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup spinach leaves (washed)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and peel the beetroot, then chop it into smaller pieces for easier blending.
Clean the berries and remove any stems.
Peel the ripe banana.
Assemble the Blender:
Place the chopped beetroot, mixed berries, banana, spinach leaves, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
