Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
Layer the Ham and Cheese: Layer the thinly sliced ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with slices of cheese.
Assemble the Sliders: Place the top half of the rolls over the ham and cheese to assemble the sliders.
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds (if using), onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the Sauce: Drizzle the prepared sauce evenly over the sliders, making sure to cover each one.
Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
Serve: Optionally, spread mayonnaise on the inside of the top half of the rolls and add sliced pickles. Place the tops on the sliders.
