Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the matcha powder and almond milk. Blend until the matcha powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the sliced bananas, frozen pineapple chunks, spinach leaves, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if necessary.
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
