Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches (pitted and sliced)
  • 2 cups of plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a creamier texture)
  • 1 cup of milk (you can use dairy or plant-based milk like almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste depending on the sweetness of the peaches)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  • Wash the peaches thoroughly, then slice them in half and remove the pits. Cut the peaches into chunks.
  • In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, plain yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
