- 4 ripe peaches (pitted and sliced)
- 2 cups of plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a creamier texture)
- 1 cup of milk (you can use dairy or plant-based milk like almond milk)
- 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste depending on the sweetness of the peaches)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Wash the peaches thoroughly, then slice them in half and remove the pits. Cut the peaches into chunks.
In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, plain yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
