Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups of plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt works well for extra creaminess)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if using fresh raspberries and you prefer a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  • Wash the raspberries thoroughly if using fresh ones.
  • In a blender, combine the raspberries, yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
  • Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency and taste, pour it into four glasses.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious raspberry smoothie with friends or family!
