- 200 g about 7 oz of your favorite noodles (such as egg noodles or soba noodles)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Cook the Noodles:
Boil the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente.
Once cooked, drain and rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prepare the Sesame Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
