  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Ensure that the mango, pineapple, and banana are frozen. This adds a refreshing chill to the smoothie. If you haven't done so, peel and slice the banana.
  • Blend the Fruits: In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
